Whistle PRO(이하 "앱")를 내려받거나 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

서비스: 앱은 축구 심판이 워치(Apple Watch·Wear OS 워치)에서 경기 시간·이벤트를 기록하고, 폰(iPhone·Android)에서 기록과 보고서를 보고 공유하도록 돕는 도구입니다. 경기 기록과 보고서의 정확성은 사용자가 확인해야 하며, 공식 경기 기록·판정의 근거로 쓸 때의 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
무료 기능과 구독: 타이머·추가시간·진동 알림·점수(골 수) 기록은 무료입니다. 카드·교체·선수 번호 같은 자세한 이벤트 기록, 운동 데이터, 보고서 공유, 기록 보관은 Whistle PRO 구독이 필요합니다. 가격과 기간은 구매 화면에 표시됩니다.
무료 체험: 처음 구독하면 7일 무료 체험이 주어질 수 있습니다. 체험이 끝나기 전에 취소하지 않으면 유료 구독으로 이어집니다.
자동 갱신: 구독은 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 취소하지 않으면 같은 기간·가격으로 자동 갱신되며, 결제는 구매한 스토어 계정에 청구됩니다.
취소: 구독은 언제든 취소할 수 있습니다. Google Play는 Play 스토어 앱의 [결제 및 정기 결제] → [정기 결제]에서, App Store는 기기 설정의 Apple 계정 → [구독]에서 취소합니다. 취소해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지는 계속 쓸 수 있습니다.
환불: 결제와 환불은 구매한 스토어가 처리하며, Google Play 또는 App Store의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 개발자는 스토어 결제를 직접 환불할 수 없습니다.
기기와 데이터: 경기 기록은 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 기기 분실·앱 삭제·백업 미사용으로 사라진 기록은 되살릴 수 없습니다. 개인정보는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
책임의 한계: 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 한도에서 개발자는 앱 사용 또는 사용 불가로 생긴 간접적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자의 법적 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
변경: 약관을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 바뀐 뒤에도 앱을 계속 쓰면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

By downloading or using Whistle PRO ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

Service: the app helps football referees record match time and events on a watch (Apple Watch, Wear OS watch) and review and share records and reports on a phone (iPhone, Android). You are responsible for checking the accuracy of match records and reports, including when you rely on them as official match records or for decisions.
Free features and subscription: the timer, added time, vibration alerts and score keeping (goal count) are free. Detailed event recording (cards, substitutions, player numbers), workout data, report sharing and match history require a Whistle PRO subscription. Prices and periods are shown on the purchase screen.
Free trial: a first subscription may include a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to the store account you purchased with.
Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. On Google Play, open the Play Store app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; on the App Store, open Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds: payments and refunds are handled by the store you purchased from and follow the Google Play or App Store refund policies. The developer cannot refund store payments directly.
Devices and data: match records are stored only on your devices. Records lost through a lost device, deleting the app or not using backups cannot be recovered. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability: the app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes: if these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
