본 개인정보처리방침은 에이든스튜디오(Aiden Studio, 이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 Apple Watch·iPhone 앱과 Wear OS·Android 앱 Whistle PRO(이하 "본 앱")에서 이용자의 정보가 어떻게 처리되는지를 설명합니다. 본 앱은 개발자가 운영하는 서버나 회원가입 시스템이 없으며, 이용자의 개인정보를 수집·전송·판매하지 않습니다.

1. 기기에만 저장되는 정보

경기 기록 — 경기 이벤트, 설정, 프리셋은 이용자의 워치와 휴대폰에만 저장되며, 두 기기 사이에서만 전송됩니다(Apple 기기는 Apple WatchConnectivity, Android 기기는 Google Play 서비스의 Wearable 데이터 레이어).
건강 데이터 — 이용자가 허용한 경우 경기 중 심박수와 이동 거리를 기록합니다. Apple 기기에서는 HealthKit에서 심박수·이동 거리·활동 에너지를 읽어 경기 기록에 저장하고, 심판 활동을 건강 앱에 운동으로 저장합니다. Android 기기에서는 Wear OS 워치의 심박 센서와 GPS로 측정해 경기 기록에 저장하고, 휴대폰에서 Health Connect에 운동 세션·심박수·이동 거리·운동 경로를 기록합니다(쓰기만 하며, Health Connect의 다른 데이터는 읽지 않습니다). 이 데이터는 기기 밖으로 나가지 않으며 광고나 마케팅에 사용하지 않습니다.
위치 — GPS 기록을 켠 경우 경기 중 이동 경로를 기기에 저장해 히트맵과 스프린트를 계산하고, 건강 앱(Apple) 또는 Health Connect(Android)에 운동 경로로 저장합니다. 앱 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.

2. 지도

경기 상세의 지도 화면은 Apple 기기에서는 Apple 지도, Android 기기에서는 Google 지도(Google Maps Platform)를 사용합니다. 지도 타일을 불러올 때 지도 제공자의 정책이 적용되며 (Apple, Google), 개발자는 이 과정에서 어떤 정보도 받지 않습니다.

3. 구독 결제

구독 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 개발자는 결제 수단 정보를 수집하거나 보관하지 않으며, 본 앱은 구독 만료 시각만 기기에 저장합니다.

4. 백업

이용자가 기기 백업(iCloud 또는 Google 백업)을 켠 경우 휴대폰의 앱 데이터가 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 각 플랫폼의 정책을 따릅니다 (Apple, Google).

5. 제3자 제공

개발자는 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 광고·분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.

6. 보유 기간과 삭제

모든 정보는 이용자가 삭제할 때까지 이용자의 기기에만 보관됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 앱이 저장한 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 건강 앱이나 Health Connect에 저장된 운동은 해당 앱에서 삭제할 수 있으며, 건강 데이터와 위치 접근 권한은 기기 설정(Android는 Health Connect 설정 포함)에서 언제든지 해제할 수 있습니다.

7. 만 14세 미만 아동

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 개인정보처리방침의 변경

본 방침은 법령이나 서비스 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in Whistle PRO ("the app"), an Apple Watch and iPhone app and a Wear OS and Android app provided by Aiden Studio ("the developer"). The app has no developer server and no account system, and does not collect, transmit or sell personal data.

1. Information stored only on your devices

Match records — match events, settings and presets are stored only on your watch and phone and are transferred only between those two devices (Apple WatchConnectivity on Apple devices, the Wearable Data Layer of Google Play services on Android devices).
Health data — with your permission, heart rate and distance are recorded during a match. On Apple devices, heart rate, distance and active energy are read from HealthKit and stored in your match records, and your refereeing is saved to the Health app as a workout. On Android devices, they are measured with the Wear OS watch's heart-rate sensor and GPS and stored in your match records, and the phone writes an exercise session, heart rate, distance and the exercise route to Health Connect (write only; the app does not read any other Health Connect data). This data never leaves your devices and is not used for advertising or marketing.
Location — when GPS recording is on, your route during a match is stored on device to compute the heatmap and sprints, and saved as the workout route in the Health app (Apple) or Health Connect (Android). You can turn it off in the app settings.

2. Maps

The map in match detail uses Apple Maps on Apple devices and Google Maps (Google Maps Platform) on Android devices. Loading map tiles is subject to the map provider's policy (Apple, Google); the developer receives no information from it.

3. Subscriptions

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The developer does not collect or store payment details; the app stores only the subscription expiry date on your devices.

4. Backups

If you turn on device backups (iCloud or Google backup), the app's data on your phone may be included in them, under each platform's policies (Apple, Google).

5. Third parties

The developer does not share your information with third parties and the app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

6. Retention and deletion

All information stays on your devices until you delete it. Deleting the app deletes all data it stored. Workouts saved to the Health app or Health Connect can be deleted there, and health and location access can be revoked at any time in your device settings (on Android, including Health Connect settings).

7. Children

The app is not directed to children under 14 and does not collect their personal data.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated for legal or service changes; updates will be posted on this page.
